Group Therapy

Group therapy is an effective means of understanding how you function in a group setting.  Gaining greater insight into how you interact in a group setting is invaluable, as groups (e.g., families, work teams and social groups) are found in every part of life. 

Typical therapy groups consist of 7-10 members and two co-therapists. You will receive counsel and interventions from the therapists and support from the other group members.
